| Concomitant administration of Bupropion HCl and MAO inhibitor should be avoided and atleast14 days should elapse between discontinuation of a MAO inhibitor and initiation of treatment with Bupropion HCl. Sudden and large increments in dose may contribute to increased risk of developing seizures so large increments should be avoided. |
